Our Team and Governance
The Fibers Fund has created a two-part governance structure to embed equity into our operations. Our structure is intentionally designed to shift decision-making power to those with the greatest understanding of the textile industry and its impacts on communities. The Fund is governed by the Advisory Council, which sets the investment policies and portfolio targets for the Fund in line with our vision and mission. The Investment Committee then administers our loan and grant program in alignment with the AC’s guidance.
